Stor-Age Property REIT Limited (“Stor-Age”), a fully integrated and internally managed real estate investment trust (“REIT”), is the leading and largest self storage property fund and brand in South Africa.

A highly specialised property fund focused on the fast growing self storage sector, a niche sub-sector of the broader commercial property market, Stor-Age develops, acquires and manages high profile self storage properties.

Successfully listing on the JSE in November 2015, Stor-Age services more than 56 100 tenants across its portfolio of 1091 properties, with 19 additional properties in the development pipeline. The South African portfolio comprises 63 self storage properties totalling c. 436 600 m² of GLA². In the UK Stor-Age owns Storage King (5th largest UK self storage brand) comprising 46 self storage properties with c. 190 600 m² of GLA². Our pipeline, of 19 new developments, will offer c. 78 000 m² of GLA once fully developed.
